Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

All sale, discounted, coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and only eligible for size exchange. For size exchange, get in touch with us at themayra98@gmail.com.
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please mail us on themayra98@gmail.com.
Some items that are Made to Order are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders can avail size exchange with an additional courier charge as per actual. If any product is being made as a special order, such as size customization, length alterations, or any other changes, the order isn’t eligible for size exchange. Cancellations and Exchanges
What is the Exchange policy on House of Mayraa?
As a company policy, we do not provide refunds/returns on any product once sold. Once the House of Mayraa pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). We do not offer a pick-up service; clients will have to send the item back to the customer address.
We issue a credit note for our customers only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.
If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at themayra98@gmail.com strictly within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. House of Mayraa will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
We only allow size exchange once for all orders; items once sold are not taken back.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (we do not have a reverse pick-up facility), as any returned item that is not received by House of Mayraa will be treated as not returned.

Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
For exchange, please inform us within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you.
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags completely intact, and in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed.
Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size).
Store credit equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro will be provided with a validity of 1 year from the date of receipt of store credit.
The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please write to us at themayra98@gmail.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
We appreciate it if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order so that we do not dispatch the order and save on courier costs and effort.
Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders have to be done strictly within 48 hours of placing the order. Please reach out to us at themayra98@gmail.com
In prepaid orders, a credit note will be provided.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by House of Mayraa and accepts House of Mayraa’s decision regarding the cancellation.
How will I receive credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?
The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use on the House of Mayraa website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that some items are not returnable or exchangeable.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges or alterations, subject to availability. If the size you requested is not available, we will offer you the option to get a credit note to buy something else.
Why is my exchange not accepted?
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- Exchange/Return is not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the dress. We suggest that the customer read the product description and look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
- A 10-12% color difference depends on the screen resolution and lights. Please do not expect an exchange or return for the same.
- Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
- All sale, discounted, coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
